Cancellation Policy

The cancellation fee is applicable only if you violate the terms outlined in the cancellation policy. Should you arrive punctually for your appointment or cancel before the specified deadline on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee will be incurred. Since the fee is waived for successful appointments, full payment for the service is expected upon its completion. ​ If you need to cancel, please contact us 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee of $15 deducted from deposit.
